Because our products are handcrafted and food products naturally vary, flavor, appearance, color, texture, coating levels, ingredient distribution, and packaging may differ slightly from batch to batch.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, photographs, pricing, and product availability are accurate. However, we do not warrant that any information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to:

Processing times typically range from 1–3 business days, although processing times may increase during holidays, promotions, high-volume periods, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters

• Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns of opened or unopened food products.
